Europa League ticket prices announced

Aviva Stadium

UEFA, who have come in for much criticism over their pricing policy for the Champions League final at Wembley, have announced the pricing policy for the Europa League final, which will be played on May 18 at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Of interest to fans will be the news that the most expensive tickets on general sale for the Europa League will cost less than the cheapest tickets on general sale for the final in Europe’s premier club competition.

UEFA category one tickets for the final in Dublin will cost fans £129, including a £25 booking fee, in comparison to the cheapest seats available for the Wembley final which cost £176 including a £26  administration fee.

The cheapest tickets for the final at the newly re-developed Lansdowne Road, category four, will cost supporters £77, including the booking.
